JAMMU, Nov 22: High Court Jammu Wing in a habeas corpus petition has directed the SHO Gandhi Nagar to file fresh status report into the disappearance of a girl since 2014.
The habeas corpus petition was filed by Sabia, mother of the girl namely Renu alias Ruksar, who is missing from her grand-father residence since August 2014.
After hearing Advocate Aditya Sharma appearing for the petition, Justice B S Walia directed the SHO Gandhi Nagar to appear in person and tell the exact position of the case.
