JAMMU, Aug 16: First valuer of jewellery from Jammu and Kashmir Raman Suri has offered free and selfless services during Income Disclosure Scheme 2016.
In a letter to Income Tax Commissioner, J&K, Raman Suri offered his free and selfless services for jewellery valuation during Income Disclosure Scheme from June 1 to September 30.
Suri submitted the letter as he is well aware of the Income Tax Disclosure Scheme launched in India by Prime Minister Narendra Modi with an aim to make India a Black Money Free Nation.
Raman Suri has been appointed as the first valuer of jewellery from Jammu and Kashmir under Wealth Tax Act 1957 on July 13, 2016.
