JAMMU, Sept 17: Bankey Bihari Sharma, elder brother of Y V Sharma, president Jammu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, passed away in a hospital at Haridwar this afternoon.
He was 73 and was survived by wife and three sons.
According to family sources, he had gone to Haridwar along with other members of the family besides some relatives. He complained of chest pain this morning and was hospitalized at Haridwar. He passed away there at around 1 pm today. The body is being brought back to his residence at Suvidha Lane, Talab Tilloo, Jammu. The cremation would take place at Jogi Gate cremation ground at around 11.30 am tomorrow (Tuesday).
