JAMMU, Mar 28: Unidentified miscreant posted some objectionable contents on social site Facebook hurting sentiments of a particular community.
As per police sources, a group of people from a particular community met SSP Jammu Dr Sunil Gupta and apprised him that a miscreant operating a Facebook account are posting objectionable material against a particular community and hurting their religious sentiments.
Based on the complaint, a case under FIR Number 76/16 under Section 295-A RPC and 67 IT Act has been registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar and investigation entrusted to DySP Mir Imtiyaz.
Police have picked up three suspects for questioning and further investigation in the case is going on.
