Officials directed field staff to intensify awareness campaigns at Anganwadi centres, schools, colleges and public gatherings, emphasizing that grassroots-level education is key to controlling the spread of such diseases.
Apart from vector-borne diseases, staff were also instructed to create awareness about water-borne illnesses and heat-related health issues during field visits, particularly in view of changing weather conditions.
