Srinagar, Feb 11: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday nominated the Union Territory-Level Nodal Officer in connection with the 8th Pay Commission.
The order has been issued vide Circular No. 01-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated January 7, 2026, and signed by Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, M. Raju, IAS, the Administrative Secretary, Finance Department, has been designated as the Union Territory-Level Nodal Officer for coordinating and liaising with the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, regarding the implementation of the recommendations of the 8th Pay Commission.
The order has been issued by the General Administration Department under the authority of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir. (Agencies)
