JAMMU, Apr 20: More KP organizations have taken serious exception to Hurriyat hardliner leader Sayeed Ali Shah Geelani’s statement that two KP emissaries of BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi had met him.
In a statement Kashmir Samiti Delhi (KSD) president, Rakesh Kaul termed the Geelani’s statement hypothetical given on behest of his bosses across the border.
Kaul asked Mr Geelani that if his statement is based on facts he should reveal the names of the two Pandits who acted as emissaries of Mr Modi instead of creating a drama and hoodwinking the public.
All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference (ASKPC) president, HL Chatta while condemning the statement said Geelani is a fuss creator and worst enemy of Kashmiris who with his perverted mindset put the entire Valley on fire. He said the Hurriyat leader was responsible for death and destruction in Kashmir and forced exile of minority Hindus from Valley.
He said if Geelani has courage he should reveal the names of two emissaries instead of creating a confusion. Moreover KPs don’t consider Geelani a leader at all but an agent of Pakistan, he added.
Kashmir Refugee Traders Association leaders Ashok Kangan and Shiban Ji Hakhoo have also condemned Geelani’s statement saying he was unnecessarily creating a controversy in this regard. The duo asked the Hurriyat leader to name the two KPs who met him instead of creating a controversy.
All Migrant Camp Coordination Committee, (AMCCC) chairman Desh Rattan has also condemned the Hurriyat leader’s statement saying that this way he was trying to remain in limelight after losing the support of separatists in Valley.
He asked Mr Geelani to name the KP activists who met him with the message of Narendra Modi instead of creating a confusion in the minds of people. He said Geelani is a rejected leader in Kashmir and with this statement he wants to score points over rival Hurriyat group.
