SRINAGAR, Apr 20: Minister for Tourism GA Mir today organised Congress workers meeting at Omoh Verinag in Dooru Shahabad constituency.
The meeting was attended by the high profile dignitaries including Sarpanchs, Panchs, civil society members and other general public.
Mir said the country needs secular hands and the time has come to strengthen the secular front and stressed upon the general public to cast their valuable vote in favor of coalition partner Mehboob Beigh.
He appealed the general masses that they should not forget the magnanimity of the UPA Government which has done a tremendous job for the development of the country especially in J&K that has always been the primary focus of the UPA Government.
“The time has come now to reciprocate and ensure victory for the secular forces in J&K. These elections are the battle between communal and secular forces so the people should cast their votes in favour of the secular voice so that the communal forces are swept from India and J&K once for all”, he added.
