SAMBA, Feb 23: A stranger roaming under mysterious circumstances was arrested by Samba police late last night.
The local people said on Thursday night in Mohalla Pangwal of Thalora Mandi of Samba, they saw an outsider roaming under suspicious circumstances. After a lot of questioning, he was unable to say anything, after which they informed the police. The police reached the spot and took him to Samba Police Station where his interrogation is ongoing.
Locals said some people were returning home during the night and they saw an unknown person roaming around under suspicious circumstances. They started questioning him. According to the local people, the person seemed to be a Bangladeshi according to his language and he was wandering inside Mandi Thalora late in the night, which increased their suspicion and they informed the police about it. The police are questioning him and currently he is in police custody.
