RAJOURI, Feb 12: JK Teachers Forum, district Rajouri, held a meeting, wherein office bearers and zonal presidents participated and discussed their demands.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Vinod Kumar Sharma to discuss the ongoing struggle of the forum for the cause of all cadres of teachers, contractual and adhoc basic employees, retirement age enhancement from 58 to 60, cash payment of DA, online GP Fund Account and delivery of GP Fund schedules at due time and other demands.
The participants stressed upon the State Government to concede their demands at an earliest. They also supported the call for protest by JK Teachers Forum on February 18.
Others who spoke on the occasion were Mohd Jamil, Pervaiz Ahmad, Gulshan Kumar, Mushtaq Chowdhary, Zafer Amin, Abdul Rehman, Javed Ahmed, Rohit Gupta and Shiv Kumar.
