JAMMU, Dec 27: The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi has ordered posting of Lalat Indu Mohanty, an IPS officer of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir cadre (now AGMUT), as Special Commissioner of Police, Provision and Finance Division, Delhi.
Mohanty is 1989 batch IPS officer and had held several prestigious assignments in Jammu and Kashmir before proceeding on the Central deputation.
Prior to his new posting in the Union Capital, he worked as Additional DG BSF in New Delhi.
