POONCH, Mar 25: A woman was crushed to death by a Tractor trolley in Surankote area of Poonch district today.
A Police official said that an accident took place on Friday afternoon when a woman was walking along Jammu-Poonch highway. She was crushed to death on the spot by a Tractor trolley at Dundak village.
“The body of woman was taken into custody by police and shifted to SDH Surankote for performing legal formalities,” SHO Surankote, Mohammad Niaz said.
He identified the deceased as Zanoo Begum (60), wife of Kamal Din, resident of Lathoong village in Surankote. A case has been registered in this connection.
