KATHUA, Oct 11 : Police in Kathua have traced out two persons who were missing since October 7 and February 4 this year and reunited them with their respective families.
Police said a missing report was lodged at Police Station, Rajbagh by the one of the family members of person stating therein that his son namely Dushyant Kumar, son of Kewal Krishan of Noun Chack, tehsil Marheen district Kathua is missing. Accordingly a missing report was lodged at concerned PS and search was started to trace him. Acting instantly on the missing report he was traced out. While in another instance on February 4, a missing report was lodged at PS Billawar by one Romesh Kumar stating therein that his daughter namely Lakhsmi Devi of Hottar is missing. Accordingly a missing report was lodged at PS Billawar and the lady was traced out by respective team.
Meanwhile, both of the persons were handed over to their legal heirs after completion of all legal formalities.
The whole operation was conducted under the supervision of SSP Kathua, R C Kotwal.
