JAMMU, Apr 23: By strictly adhering to COVID guidelines, Raj Kumari, Deputy GM and VK Anand, RM New India Assurance Company Limited overseeing J&K visited all operating offices of Jammu region.
The officers visited Divisional Office I and Divisional Office 2 Jammu, Motor TP Hub (for Legal Claims) Jammu, Branch offices–Kathua, Satwari, Bari Brahmana, Udhampur and Micro Offices–Samba, RS Pura, Akhnoor, Katra and Reasi.
In a whirlwind tour, the visiting high ranking team of Chandigarh Regional Office impressed upon office incharges of Jammu Division to be proactive in customer service-faster settlement of claims, grievance redressal and to ensure growth of business for the company in a consistent manner from the beginning of financial year.
She also instructed for settlement of maximum legal claims in Lok Adalats for quick justice and faster compensation to the claimants.
The visit was to boost the morale of the officers/staff and inspire them to work with more zeal and dedication, Insurance being essential service despite COVID spike.
The visiting team also met all agents in respective operating offices and also met the authorities of Auto-tie up dealers i.e. M/s Jamkash Vehicleades, M/s Jammu Motors, M/s Tawi Ford as well as Chenab Textile Mills, Kathua.
Geeta Bhardwaj, Senior D.M., DO-II Jammu commented that whole staff and agency force of Jammu Division was inspired with the visit of Deputy GM and RM, in the beginning of financial year for better performance.
