MENDHAR, Oct 20: 168th Battalion of Border Security Force stationed along the Line of Control (LoC) organized a medical camp at village Uchaad in tehsil Mendhar.
A team comprising of a doctor from BSF, nursing assistant and paramedics extended medical assistance to around 300 people.
This camp was conducted in 168 BSF Battalion camp at Uchhad.
Patients from Mankot, Krishna Ghati Sector, Ghani and many other nearby villages got themselves examined in this camp.
“An epidemic like Coronavirus is going on and the weather is also changing. The camp was organized for the people to take advantage of this”, the Commanding Officer said.
The village Sarpanch and locals requested that these medical camps should be conducted on regular basis.
