SRINAGAR, Nov 23: Nine persons were injured in different road accidents across the Valley today.
Seven persons were injured when a Tata 407 passenger vehicle JK03/5146, they were travelling in, turned turtle near grid station Hutmurah, Anantnag. All the injured have been shifted to Sub District Hospital Seer for treatment. Anantnag police have registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a motorcycle JK05A/0132 skidded off the road at Drood, Tangmarg resulting in injuries to motorcyclist Mushtaq Ahmad Bakshi son of Nazir Ahmad resident of Check Charat, Kunzar. The injured was shifted to the hospital for treatment. Baramulla police have registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, a vehicle JK09/1750 hit and injured Zahida Bano wife of Reyaz Ahmad Dar resident of Wodhipora, Handwara at Wodhipora, in the jurisdiction of police station Chogal. The injured was shifted to the hospital for treatment. Chogal police have registered a case in this regard.
