JAMMU, Feb 8: Dubai based real estate company 8 Boundaries Builders is all set to launch its “Hi-Tech Safa Valley Residential Complex” at Bhathindi with special discount to flood affected victims of Jammu and Kashmir.
“The project is a 6 tower high rise residential township, comprising of 403 high end luxury apartments of 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK and Premium Penthouses”, said Aamir Suharwardy, General Manager of the company while interacting with media persons here today. Ashok Duloo, Finance Head, 8 Boundaries Builders and Sakshi Saini, Marketing Manager were also present during the press conference.
Suharwardy disclosed that the cost of 1 BHK is 24.37 lakh, 2 BHK Type A is 34.12 lakh, 2 BHK Type B is 40.62 lakh, 3 BHK ranges from 45.50 lakh to 63.37 lakh and Premium Pentahouse is of 1.16 crore.
