8 booked for criminal trespassing, theft

JAMMU, Oct 11: Domana police booked eight persons for criminal trespassing and theft.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a lady namely Anuradha, wife of Sanjeev Kumar Mehta of Pathankote with Police Station Domana stating that seven persons identified as Krishan Gopal Pandoh, son of Amar Nath Pandoh of Mast Garh Jammu, Ankush Pandoh, son of Anil Pandoh, Varun Pandoh, son of Ajay Pandoh, Nikhil Pandoh, son of Anil Pandoh, Anil Pandoh, son of Ram Parkash, Ajay Pandoh, son of late Ram Parkash, all residents of Shastri Nagar Jammu and Narinder Chand, son of Tara Chand of Flora and Shashi Pal, son of Om Lal of Saari trespassed into her land at Flora Nagbani, destroyed sowed cops, damaged shop through JCB and stole erected cemented piles along with barbed wire.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 295/2020 under Sections 447, 427, 379 and 147 IPC has been registered against the aforesaid eight persons and investigation started.
