SRINAGAR, May 17: In a surprise visit to Chief Education Office Srinagar and Zonal Education Office Srinagar, Director School Education Kashmir, Mir Tariq Ali ordered suspension of seven officials of Education Department.
He ordered the suspension of five officials of CEO Office Srinagar, namely Zahoor Ahmad Kirmani (DRG), Hilal Ahmad (DRG) Tabasum (DRG), Mohammad Yousuf (Orderly) and Tawheed Ahmad (Data Entry Operator) who were found unauthorized absent from duty.
Besides, suspension of Aijaz Ahmad (CRC) and Nasrulla Wafai (Head Assistant) of Zonal Education Office Srinagar was also ordered on similar ground.
The CEO also ordered immediate stoppage of salary in respect of some other employees for dereliction of their duty.
