JAMMU, Sept 7: Issuing separate orders, Government today accorded sanction to the promotion of seven officers of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) and transfer of eight others.
According to the first order, three officers-Susheel Kumar, Dr Des Raj Bhagat and Dhanantar Singh have been promoted to the Selection Grade of JKAS in pay level 12 (Rs 78800-209200). While Susheel Kumar and Dr Des Raj have been given the effect of promotion from 25-04-2018 and 27-05-2019 respectively, Dhanantar Singh has been promoted with effect from 01-08-2019.
Further, as per another order, four Junior Scale Officers-Mohd Idrees, Shokat Hayat Matoo, Mukhter Ahmad and Satish Sharma have been promoted to the Time Scale of JKAS in pay level 11 (Rs 67700-208700). While the effect of promotion to Mohd Idrees has been given notionally from 01-01-2020 and on regular basis from 23-04-2020, promotion of Shokat Hayat, Mukhter Ahmad and Satish Sharma has been given effect from 01-01-2021 (notionally) and 05-08-2022 (on regular basis).
According to the another order, Sandesh Kumar Sharma, Additional Deputy Commissioner Billawar, holding additional charge of Sub Registrar Billawar has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, while Tilak Raj, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Basholi, holding additional charge of Sub-Registrar, Basholi, has been transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Udhampur, against an available vacancy and Ravi Mohan Khajuria, Additional Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, has been transferred and posted as Registrar, District Udhampur, against an available vacancy.
Ajeet Singh, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Bani-Basholi with headquarters at Basholi, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Basholi and will shall also hold the charge of the posts of Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Bani-Basholi and Sub-Registrar Basholi, in addition to his own duties, till further orders, while Vinay Khosla, Additional Secretary in the J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Billawar and shall also hold the charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Billawar, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Further, Anshuman Singh (Deputy District Election Officer) has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director District Employment and Counselling Centre, Udhampur, against an available vacancy and Hakim Riyaz-ul-Haq (Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department) has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Handicrafts, J&K, against an available vacancy whereas Rameshwar Kumar (Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department) has been transferred and posted as Deputy District Election Officer, Jammu.
