JAMMU, Mar 19: The State Government today ordered transfer and posting of six KAS officers with immediate effect besides according Time Scale KAS promotion to 74 officers of different departmental feeding services.
Fayaz Ahmed Banday, General Manager DIC Ganderbal, has been transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of the Department of Rural Development and Panchayti Raj for further posting.
Shabir Hussain Bhat, Project Officer Self Employment Kupwara, Nazir Ahmad Mir, ACD Kupwara and Anil John, Project Officer DRDA Rajouri, have been transferred and directed to report to the GAD for further posting.
Khurshid Ahmad Shah, under orders of transfer as General Manager DIC Anantnag, shall continue at his present place of posting viz Deputy Director CAPD (South) Anantnag.
Bilal Khurshid, General Manager DIC Pulwama, is transferred and posted as General Manager DIC Anantnag. He shall hold the additional charge of the post of General Manager DIC Kulgam till further orders.
Meanwhile, the Government ordered promotion of 74 officers of different departmental feeding services to the Time Scale of KAS on officiating basis.
They include; Shahida Khanam, Naseema, Attar Chand, Mohd Bashir Lone, Abdul Majid Lone, Yasir Arafat Zargar, Ravi Chand Thakur, Pardeep Singh Chib, Anil Salgotra, Romin Ahmad, Kewal Kumar, Farukh Qazi, Manu Sharma, Autar Krishan Koul, Jagdish Chander, Peerzada Zahoor Ahmad, Syed Altaf Andrabi, Balbir Singh, Dr Sunil Sharma, Mohammad Abass, Zahoor Ahmad Magray, Imtiyaz Ahmad Sheikh, Syed Sajad Qadri, Ghulam Rasool War, Mohd Yousuf Malik, Angrez Singh, Mohd Tanveer, Akhtar Hussain Qazi, Sumira Shamim, Devinder Singh Bhau, Dr Arvind Karwani, Shabir-ul-Hassan, Neelam Khajuria, Labhu Ram Digra, Dayawanti, Bharat Bhushan, Ashok Kumar Dogra, Mohd Hassan Lal, Kamla Devi, Misra Jabeen, Renu Sareen Kanta Sharma, Shahida Parveen, Suman Bala, Sharief-un-Nisa, Zeenat Ara, Sudershan Kumar, Kachroo Turab Shah, Mohd Anwar Banday, Rakesh Kumar, Suresh Chander, Masrat Hasham, Sonali Arun Gupta, Atul Gupta, Ritu Mahajan, Rajeshwar S Charak, Kewal Krishan, Attam Dev Singh, Manzoor Ahmad, Hakim Ashiq Hussain, Neelofar, Kuldip Kumar Sepolia, Mohd Ashraf Dhobi, Raja Jee Bhat, Abdul Rasid Bhat, Ravi Paul Magotra, Irshad Ahmad, Peer Manzoor Ahmad, Mushtaq Ahmad, Nissar Ahmad Zargar, Mohd Yaqoob Ganai and Pawan Kumar.
The promoted officers, whose services have been placed at the disposal of the Department of Rural Development and Panchayti Raj, include; Dr Sunil Sharma, Devinder Singh Bhau, Dr Arvind Karwani, Atul Gupta, Mohd Tanveer, Akhtar Hussain Qazi, Rajeshwar S Charak, Kamla Devi, Suman Bala, Sharief-un-Nisa, Ravi Chand Thakur, Pardeep Singh Chib, Kachroo Turab Shah, Balbir Singh, Mohd Farooq, D C Bharti, Attar Chand, Ghulam Rasool War, Angrez Singh, Manju Sharma, Nissar Ahmad Zargar, Kewal Krishan, Syed Altaf Andrabi, Manzoor Ahmad, Jagdish Chander, Shahida Khanam and Rajesh Kumar.
Services of Syed Sajad Qadri, Kanta Sharma, Kewal Kumar, Mohd Abass, Mohd Yusuf Malik, Shabir-ul-Hasan and Pawan Kumar have placed at the disposal of the Revenue Department.
Similarly, services of Sumira Shamim, Suresh Chander, Zeenat Ara, Sudershan Kumar, Attam Dev Singh, Naseema, Sonali Arun Gupta and Neelam Khajuria have been placed at the disposal of Industries and Commerce Department.
Services of Autar Krishan Koul, Mohd Yaqoob Ganai and Peerzada Zahoor Ahmad have been placed at the disposal of Information Department while the officers, whose services have been placed at the disposal of Employment Department, included Ritu Mahajan, Misra Jabeen, Shahida Parveen and Mohd Hassan Lal.
The remaining 25 officers among the list of promotees shall report to the GAD for further posting.
