JAMMU, Dec 13: Six persons were injured today in a clash between two rival groups at Arnas in Reasi district.
According to a police spokesperson, a clash broke out between two rival groups at Arnas area of Reasi district over some land dispute. In the clash, six persons (three from each group) were seriously injured.
The injured identified as Majid Hussain (23) son of Showkat Din of Gujjar Kothi (Arnas), Riaz Ahmed (40) son of Abdul Latif of Gujjar Kothi, Javed Ahmed (30) son of Kalu of Gujjar Kothi, Puran Singh (35) son of Parveen of Dharn (Arnas), his brother, Pawan Singh (25) and Shamsher Singh (34) son of Amar Singh of Dharn (Arnas), was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
A case in this regard has been registered at Arnas police station and further investigations are on.
