UDHAMPUR, July 14: Five persons of a family and a couple were hospitalised after they fell critically ill due to eating of wild mushroom in Chenani.
While five of family members have been shifted to GMC Hospital Jammu in view of their critical condition, the couple was admitted in Chenani Hospital.
Those shifted to GMC Jammu, were identified as Ram Pal, son of Naryan Dutt of Upper Kud, his 7- year old son Artik, 5- year old daughter, his mother Mohini Devi and one Sushama Devi.
According to a police, the family disclosed that they had eaten wild mushroom in their dinner last night after which they fell ill.
Meanwhile, late this evening, one couple was also hospitalized due to eating of wild mushrooms. They were identified as Ashok Kumar Raina (56) and his wife Vimla Raina of Chenani.
