SRINAGAR: Reiterating her pledge to take development to every region and area, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today said that her Government had rolled out a massive developmental programme for all areas.
Ms Mufti asked the people to support the Government, in taking benefits of these programmes to the doorstep of people.
Addressing the workers meetings of Rajpora and Tral constituencies here, Ms Mufti said in every sector of governance, her Government has decided to extend, upgrade and improve the basic services and facilities to people and sought their support in the successful implementation of the same.
“Be it hospitals or schools, colleges or sports fields, my Government has decided to upgrade the facilities wherever these are and set up the same where these have not yet been extended,” she told the workers.
Referring to the tourism potential in the Rajpora-Tral belt, Ms Mufti said the area is known for some virgin and old locations like Shikargaah and Sangarwani, adding the Government would take steps to upgrade infrastructure at these places which would attract a large number of tourists. (AGENCIES)
