KISHTWAR, June 24: Taking a serious note of the continuous complaints being received from people of Bonjwah and Dunadi area regarding violation of Motor Vehicles Act by the drivers, a team under the supervision of Assistant Regional Transport Officer Kishtwar Rajesh Gupta today conducted a surprise checking and challaned 47 drivers for violation of different provisions of Motor vehicle Act which includes overloading, over speeding, deficient documents etc.
ARTO directed the drivers to follow traffic rules for the safe and secure journey of passengers and impressed upon them to avoid driving under the influence of intoxicants.
