Jammu : As per BSF, 4-5 militants crossed the border and entered around 100 metres from zero line in Indian territory and took the shelter in the small building of a farmer’s pump set around 0130 hrs.
BSF cordoned off the area. At the same time, Pakistani Rangers started firing inside Indian areas of BOP Fatwal.BSF also retaliated.
Meanwhile, today morning the encounter between BSF and the militants started which is going on. During this cross border firing one BSF Constable Sham Lal (24) 62 Bn injured who was rushed to government Community Health Centre Ramgarh and then referred to Military Hospital Satwari Jammu.
In fresh inputs from BSF, 2 militants were killed during gun battle but encounter was still going on.
