4 injured in road accidents

Srinagar, Apr 8: Four persons were injured in two different road accidents across the Valley.
A police spokesman said a pedestrian, Mudasir Ahmad Mir son of Mohammad Yousuf Mir of Dayan, Chadoora in Budgam district, was injured when a Sumo, JK01H/1042, hit and injured at Main Chowk Chadoora.
The injured was shifted to Sub District Hospital, Chadoora for treatment.
A pedestrian, Ghulam Qadir Khan son of Abdul Rashid of Arhama at Dursum, was injured when a Sumo, JK10/1444, hit him on highway in Ganderbal.
The spokesman said after hitting the pedestrian the Sumo turned upside down resulting in injuries to two passengers, Hafeeza daughter of Mohammad Maqbool and Zareena wife of Wahdood Khan of Arhama.
The injured were shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for treatment, the spokesman said, adding police has registered cases in these accidents.
