JAMMU, Apr 30: Bahu Fort Police arrested four persons including a history sheeter involved in assault and Arms Act case.
As per police sources, four persons namely Shubam, Vinay and Roshan, trio residents of Dogra Hall and Kuki, a resident of Kabir Basti attacked their rival namely Ankit of Shaheedi Chowk during a singing programme at Bahu Plaza and escaped from the spot. The victim received minor injuries and was discharged after first aid.
On getting information, a team from Police Station Bahu Fort led by SHO Inspector Nayat Ali immediately swung into action and arrested all the four attackers.
It is pertinent to mention here that Shubam was a history sheeter and various cases stands registered against him.
A case under FIR Number 122/2022 under Sections 341, 323 and 34 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act has been registered against the four attackers and investigation started.
