31 promoted as DDs, 46 as Senior Consultants

JAMMU, June 21: In Health and Family Welfare Department, the State Government has ordered promotion of 31 officers to the posts of Deputy Director and 46 Consultants as Senior Consultants.
Those promoted to the post of Deputy Director and equivalent, included Dr Gh Rasool Wani, Dr Purnima Vaishnavi, Dr O N Pandita,  Dr Gh Mohammad Ganai, Dr Mohammad Yaqoob, Dr Mushtaq Ahmad Banday, Dr A K Jad, Dr Bishan Dass Sharma, Dr Subash Chander Raina, Dr Bushan Lal Handoo, Dr Jawahir Lal Raina, Dr Gurdeep Singh, Dr Ab Rashid Malik, Dr Suraj Prakash Bhagat, Dr Romesh Chander Gupta, Dr Ahasn Ahmad Kelu, Dr Abdul Rashid Matoo, Dr Parveen Chander Tandon, Dr Joginder Kumar, Dr Tara Singh Charak, Dr Farooq Ahmad, Dr Jodh Singh Khorana, Dr Jogeshwar Kumar Gupta, Dr Bashir Ahmad Shah, Dr Kanta Bhagat, Dr Mohammad Sadiq Khan, Dr Kulbhushan Pandotra, Dr Ashok Kumar Verma, Dr Siraj-ud-Din, Dr Neelam Kohli and Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman.
The promotee Consultants in Gynaecology and Obst, include  Dr Maqbool Ahmed Zargar, Dr Naseema Chowdhary, Dr Anita Raina, Dr Pushpa Devi Raina and Dr Bushra Shamim while in Medicine, the promotees are Dr Madan Lal Gupta, Dr Abdul Rashid Chowdhary, Dr Avinash Abrol, Dr Sanjeev Kapoor, Dr Ram Kumar Gupta, Dr Gulzar Ahmed Bhat, Dr Arun Kumar, Dr Uttam Kumar, Dr Inderpal Singh, Dr Sunil Kumar Sharma, Dr Sona Ullah Qureshi, Dr Peer Abdul Lateef, Dr Abdul Gani Bhat and Dr Krishan Kumar Gogan.
In Ophthalmology, the promotee Consultants are; Dr Anil Kumar Bhalla, Dr Phuntsog Angchuk, Dr Sumir Ji Mattoo, Dr Tsering Angchuk, Dr Ifat Mujtaba and Dr Mohammad Yousuf Dar.
In Orthopedics, the promotees are Dr Indu Kumar Wangnoo, Dr Kamaljeet Singh, Dr Vijay Sabarwal, Dr Ghulam Rasool Reshi, Dr Naresh Paul Chopra, Dr Anil Kumar Gupta and Dr Kulwant Shekhar.
In Pathology, the promotees are Dr Sardari Lal Fotra, Dr Arvind Kumar and Dr Anayat Ullah Lone.
In surgery, the promotees are Dr Rajinder Singh Sasan, Dr Subash Abrol, Dr Lalit Kumar Andotra, Dr Mohammad Iqbal, Dr Rameshwar Dass Sharma, Dr Raj Rishi Sharma, Dr Mohammad Altaf Wani, Dr Maqsood Ali Shah, Dr Nazir Ahmed Malik, Dr Aftab Ahmed Khan, Dr Zubair Afzal Khan and Dr Mohammad Saleem Tak.
