SRINAGAR, Mar 24: Three structures were damaged and two horses got killed in separate fire incidents in South Kashmir’s Anantnagd district.
A police spokesman said that fire broke out in the clothing shop of Abdul Rashid Malik, son of Ghulam Nabi Malik, resident of Sarnal at Dangerpora-Anantnag, due to which shop gutted completely. Fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders and local police. Police has registered a case in this regard.
The spokesman said that early today fire broke out in the house of Mohammad Yousuf Shah, son of Ghulam Mohammad, resident of Nambal-Mattan, resulting in partial damage to the house. Police has registered a case in this regard.
Fire broke out in the cowshed of Latif Ahmad Wani, son of Ghulam Qadir, resident of Pahalgam, resulting in complete damage to the structure. In the incident, two houses also got killed. Fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders and local police. Police has registered a case in this regard.
