RAJOURI, Mar 22: Three labourers were injured during blasting work on a link road in district Rajouri this afternoon.
Reports said some labourers were engaged at work by a contractor on Madana-Kotli Kalaban road. They were blasting rocks in road widening activity. Due to mishandling of blast material, they sustained injuries. All the three were rushed to district hospital Rajouri.
The victims have been identified as Mohd Rafiq of Ward No. 2 Rajouri, Muneer Hussan and Mohd Sadiq from Kotli. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
