3 BSF jawans hurt in blast

JAMMU, June 16: Three jawans of the Border Security Force (BSF) were injured when a grenade exploded while the security personnel were cleaning their weapons and explosive material at their camp near Ballard forward post in Ramgarh sector of Samba district this evening.
The jawans of 122 BSF were engaged in the cleaning of weapons when a grenade exploded causing splinter injuries to three.
The injured have been identified as KG Sharma, Sant Kumar and Khalil Jinda Sahib Mulani.
They were evacuated from the site of blast and shifted to Government Medical College Hospital in Jammu, where they were responding to the treatment.
