JAMMU, Feb 12: Three persons have been booked for barging into a house and threatening the family members with deadly weapons in Simbal Camp area, falling under the jurisdiction of Miran Sahib police station.
As per police sources, Dilbagh Singh (head of a criminal gang Dilbagh Group), son of Janak Singh along with his associates namely Mohinder Singh alias Sonu, son of Ujagar Singh and Tajinder Singh alias Jinda, trio residents of Simbal Camp barged into the house of a lady in search of their rival Happy at Simbal Camp.
At the time of incident, two members of the family (mother-daughter) were present in the house. They threatened the family members with deadly weapons.
After failing to find out Happy, the trio escaped from the spot.
The family members reported the matter to Miran Sahib police and a case under FIR Number 28/16 under Section 170, 449, 458, 504, 506 and 34 RPC has been registered and manhunt has been launched to nab the accused.
However, no arrest was made till last reports were compiled.
