JAMMU 21: A huge rush was witnessed in the “24th Aryans Job Fest” organized by Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh at Aryans Campus.
Around 2500 students from allover North India participated in the Fest.
In the day long event, around 112 candidates were shortlisted by around 36 Companies in the placement process.
Before the starting of the Fest, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Dr Anshu Kataria addressed all the candidates and wished them good luck for the Interviews.
The Company Representatives also addressed the candidates and made them aware about the eligibility criteria, package, posting, Number of Vacancies etc. of their respective Companies before interviews.
Expressing his great joy at the remarkable success of the event, Dr Kataria said that the team has made its best efforts to provide job opportunities to final year students and fresh graduates from all streams to access career options available in various organizations under one roof, adding that the students will get an opportunity to evaluate if their existing skills sets match up to the industry requirements.
Giving more information about the Fest, Prof B S Sidhu, Registrar, Aryans Group said that apart from Aryans students, students of various Universities and Colleges participated in the Job Fest.
Tejinder Kaur, TPO, Aryans Group said that the Companies namely Anthem Infotech Pvt Ltd, Videocon, Eureka Forbes, Live Satyam Tech Pvt Ltd, ETE Elecrogears, logic ERP Solutions Pvt Ltd, E9 Solutions, HT Logistics Pvt Ltd, Pristine Edutronics, Ambika Softwares, Spooster IT Service, Telocrats, Developer Point Info Pvt Ltd, Web Guruz, Karman Infotech, EightFold Infotech, Harrison Associates, Vaultup Technologies, JMD Hospitality, TB Infotech, Riya Infotel, New Tech etc were present in the Fair to provide job opportunities to the aspirants.
