JAMMU, Nov 4: Electricity Magistrate Jammu, Riyaz ul Haq Mirza today awarded two years imprisonment to one Tilak Raj, a bus driver who killed four persons namely Balwant Singh, Gyan Chand, Khushi Mohd and Suram Chand by negligent and rash driving about 12 years back.
After hearing Senior PO Vijay Sudan for the State whereas Advocate B R Sharma for the accused, Electricity Magistrate awarded two years imprisonment to Tilak Raj.
