Srinagar, Sept 23: Police today said two structures were damaged in two separate fire incidents in Valley.
A police spokesman said fire broke out in a joint house belonging to Ghulam Mohammad, Abdul Rashid, Mohammad Ramzan and Gulzar Ahmad at Sirhama in Anantnag district, resulting in damage to the house. “The blaze was brought under control with the help of fire tenders and police,” the spokesman said.
Meanwhile, the police spokesman said, fire broke out in the shop belonging to Ishaq Ahmad Dart Jaggerpora in Kupwara district, resulting in damage to the structure. “The blaze was brought under control with the help of fire tenders with the assistance of police,” the spokesman added.
