JAMMU, May 28: Poonam Bala and Arjumand Nisa, Senior Stenographers of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate ) Service, have been placed as Private Secretaries on stop-gap arrangement.
Consequent upon their promotion, Poonam Bala has been transferred and posted as Private Secretary in the office of Relief & Rehabilitation Commissioner (M), Jammu while Arjumand Nisa has been posted as Private Secretary to the Administrative Secretary, Floriculture Department, against available vacancies.
