RAMBAN, Feb 28: On the opening day of the schools after winter vacations, Chief Education Officer (CEO) Ramban today conducted surprise visit to various Government institutions and found two schools–UPS Kasal and NPS Bass, Chanderkote locked.
During his visit to the institutions, he found two headmasters, four lecturers, seven masters, ten teachers, four ReT teachers and three class IV employee absent and sought explanation from the erring officials.
At Government Higher Secondary School, Ramban, Anil Kumar, Mohammad Rafiq, Dr Charanjeet Singh and Jagjit Singh, Lecturers, Raj Singh and Poonam Lata, Masters, Ghulam Fatima, Teacher and Ghulam Mohammad Class IV employee were found absent.
CEO directed Principal of the institution to call explanation from all the employees and submit the detailed report along with specific comments to his office for necessary action.
At Government Girls High School, Ramban, Meena Kumari, Headmaster, Lalita Devi and Neelam Manhas, Masters, Mamta Sharma and Darbari Lal, teachers and Madu Kausum, PET were found absent.
At GPS Chanderkote, teacher namely Maryam Begum was found absent from duty and ZEO Batote has been directed to call explanation from thje teacher ansd submit the report to his office.
At GHS Chanderkote, teacher namely Zahida Parveen and two Class IV employees namely Manisha Devi and Jitander Kumar were found absent. Headmaster of the institution has been director to call explanation from the erring officials and submit the detailed report.
At KGBV Chanderkote, Anu Radha, Nusrat Anjum and Shabman, ReTs were found absent from duty, whereas at UPS Chanderkote, Parveen Akhter, teacher and Tabasum Ara, ReT were found absent. ZEO, Batote has been directed to sought explanation from the erring officials and submit the report for necessary action.
At GHS Dhulwas, Zone Batote, Gurjeet Kour, Headmaster, Abdul Rehman, Sarishta Devi and Rani Devi, Masters, Kalsomm Begum, Archana Devi, Suraj Singh and Pritam Singh, teachers were found absent. Explanation has been sought from these erring employees.
