JAMMU, June 19: Government today designated two more senior KAS officers as Commissioner Secretaries and ordered transfers and postings of three others.
According to the order issued by the General Administration Department, in terms of proviso(i) to Sub-Rule 5 of Rule 21 of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service Rules, 2008, Zubar Ahmad, Secretary Department of Culture holding the additional charge of Secretary Tourism Department and Reva Kumari, Secretary ARI and Trainings Department have been designated as Commissioner Secretary to the Government with immediate effect.
Meanwhile, Kulbushan Khajuria, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Samba has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Central with the Divisional Commissioner Jammu.
Jatinder Mishra, Assistant Commissioner Central with Divisional Commissioner Jammu has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue Samba while as Kashif Altaf Bhat, Junior KAS presently posted as Assistant Director, Handloom Kupwara has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary in the J&K Services Selection Board with immediate effect.
