RAMBAN, Nov 14: Two persons were killed when the car they were traveling in skidded off the road and plunged into deep gorge near Hocha Kanthi area late tonight.
As per police sources, two persons identified as Surjit Singh, son of Fakir Chand of Kanthi and Tanveshwar Singh, son of Maneshwar Singh of Qumeit tehsil Rajgarh were killed when the car they were traveling in skidded off the road and plunged into deep gorge near Hocha Kanthi area late tonight.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the dead bodies to mortuary of District Hospital Ramban for autopsy.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the bodies will be handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Ramban Police Station and investigation started.
