MENDHAR, Feb 22: Two persons were seriously injured in a road accident at Chal banola village of Mendhar in Poonch district on Wednesday morning.
Police sources said that the accident occurred when a Tipper bearing registration no JK 12 -6997 was moving on a village road in Chak – Banola area. It rolled down into a deep gorge, causing serious injuries to two persons.
The injured were identified as Shazad Ahmed (25) son of Mohd Sadeeq and Aziz Ahmed (17), son of Mohd Naseer both residents of village Chak banola in Mendhar. Both the injured were admitted to SDH Mendhar and condition both was stabled, BMO said.
The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
