JAMMU, Oct 7: Two persons were injured when the Tata Sumo they were traveling in skidded off the road and rolled down into gorge near Gowari on Ramban-Chaba link road.
The ill-fated vehicle bearing registration number JK02AG-8151 was on its way to Chaba from Ramban, when the driver lost control over the vehicle and it fell into gorge near Gowari, resulting into injuries to two persons.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and with the help of locals, shifted the injured persons to District Hospital Ramban, where they were undergoing treatment, when last reports came in.
One of the injured has been identified as Surjeet Singh of Chaba, District Ramban, while the second injured person was not identified when last reports were compiled.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Ramban Police Station and investigation started.
