SRINAGAR, Apr 13: Two residential houses were among the four structures gutted in two separate fire incidents across the Valley.
A police spokesperson said that fire broke out in the house of Ghulam Rasool Ahanger, son of Abdul Rehman of Shalihar Dub in Ganderbal district and the house was completely damaged. The fire also engulfed the adjacent house of Mohammad Abdullah Dar, son of Abdul Rahim, resulting in the partial damage to the house.
Two shops were partially gutted when fire broke out in a single storey building of Auqaf at Safa Kadal, Srinagar. The shops of Ghulam Qadir Sofi, son of Mohammad Sultan of Bhagwanpora, Noorbagh and Shafiq Ahmad Shah son of Ghulam Rasool of Khankahi Sounta were partially damaged.
