JAMMU, Mar 6: City Police today arrested two drug peddlers and seized intoxicants from their possession.
The accused, identified as Maharaj Ahmed and Bilal Ahmed of Bhaderwah, were intercepted by a patrol party in Gujjar Nagar area near Tawi Bridge where the duo was moving under suspicious circumstances.
On their personal search, police party recovered 27 bottles of Crux and 380 Capsules of Resas Spas, which they were carrying illegally.
A case FIR number 9/14 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered in this connection at Police Station Peer Mitha.
