RAJOURI, Dec 7: Two members of a family were killed while three others seriously injured when a private car collided with an Army truck at Dalian in Nowshera area, on Jammu-Poonch highway today.
Officials sources said that a car bearing registration No. JK02BQ /5115 met head-on-collision with an Army truck coming from the opposite side of the highway at Dallian in Nowshera sector. Five persons travelling in the car received serious injuries who were removed from the accident site and shifted to local hospital for treatment.

One person got trapped in the wreckage of the car died on the spot, whereas, four seriously injured were later referred to Jammu for further treatment. One of them succumbed to injuries in GMC Hospital Jammu this evening. They were travelling from Jammu to Mendhar.
The deceased have been identified as Mushtaq Khan, son of Fazal Khan and Atta Ullah, son of Fazal Khan, both residents of Salwh in Mendhar.
The injured undergoing treatment in hospital are Saleem Bi, wife of Mushtaq Khan; Ikra, daughter of Zaffar Ullah and Amira Ishtaq, daughter of Ishtaq Ahmed, all hailing from Salwa in Mendhar. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
