UDHAMPUR, June 10: In a tragic incident, two cousin brothers drowned while taking bath in Tawi river at Chenani, here today.
The deceased were identified as Kuldeep Kumar (18), son of Des Raj of Bap Morh Ding and his cousin brothers Sanjay Kumar of village Sarad.
The incident took place around 1.30 pm when both the cousins were taking bath in the Tawi river and accidentally slipped into deep water. Their bodies were fished out in the evening around 8.40 pm after hectic efforts by locals and Police.
