SAMBA, Aug 1: Bari Brahmana Police in district Samba today registered a case against two persons for outraging the modesty of a girl on the basis of a complaint filed in the police Station by the father of the girl.
According to a police official, on the basis of complaint filed by one Mushtaq Ahmed, son of Bashir Ahmed resident of Meen Charakan, Bari Brahmana in Police Station, Bari Brahmana alleging that the modesty of his daughter has been outraged by two persons namely Tariq Hussain, son of Mohd Shafiq resident of Meen Charakan and Samma, son of Mohd Junaid both resident of Meen Charakan.
Police swung into the action and registered a case FIR No 167/20 under Section 376/354 c/109 IPC, 156(3) against them.
