SAMBA, Dec 9: Two persons were arrested with illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Ramgarh Police Station laid a naka near village Pakhri and intercepted a scooty bearing registration number JK21E-2016.
During checking, police team recovered 22 bottles of illicit liquor from the vehicle and arrested two persons riding on it.
The arrested persons were identified as Ram Paul, son of Sai Dass and Kamal Kumar, son of Ajit Kumar, both residents of Kamore, Ramgarh.
A case under FIR Number 120/2020 under Section 48 (a) Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Ramgarh and investigation started.
