2 arrested with ganja

JAMMU, June 4: Bahu Fort Police arrested two drug peddlers and recovered 10 kilograms of ganja from their possession.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Station Bahu Fort led by SHO Inspector Nayat Ali under the supervision of SDPO East Syed Zaheer Abbas Jafari and SP South Mamta Sharma laid a naka near Rajeev Nagar and intercepted two persons, who were moving under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, police team recovered 10 kilograms of ganja from their possession and arrested them.
The arrested persons were identified as Dharvinder Kumar, a resident of Bihar and Raj Kumar, a resident of Chattisgarh, at present Gho Manhasa District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 154/2022 under Section 8/20/29 NDPS Act has been registered against the arrested persons at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
