SAMBA, Nov 20: Vijaypur Police arrested two persons and seized one kg and 375 grams of Charas from their possession at Shivnagar in Vijaypur town.
As per reports, a police party of Vijaypur Police Station led by SHO Vijaypur, Suraj Pathania under the supervision of SDPO, Vijaypur, Abhishekh Sharma on a tip off arrested two smugglers and recovered one kg and 375 grams of charas from their possession.
They were identified as Bhola Shah, S/O Gopi Shah of Motipur district Bitiyan Bihar and Hari Lal, S/O Bikhari Shah of Shivpur ,district Bituyan Bihar. Both are presently living in a Jughi in Shivnagar area of Vijaypur town.
Police has registered a FIR number 150/17, U/S 8/20 NDPS Act and has started investigations about the kingpin and main supplier. It may be recalled that Vijaypur Police under the supervision of SSP, Anil Magotra has tightened its noose against the criminals, drug peddlers and smugglers in the district for last about one year now.
